Joseph Paul Ngassa {born on October 26, 1994,} in Nzega Tabora Tanzania
I’m a Tanzanian businessman and the founder of the Ngassa group involved in the production and sale of grain products.
I started my primary education at Nata primary school, then joined secondary school at Itaga seminary and graduated to Nata secondary school.
After graduating, I joined St Augustine’s College in the Mwanza region and then graduated with a diploma in electrical engineering.
I have served different organizations for rural electricity distribution projects [REA] and Tanesco in the Nzega district for two years
After that I started to get involved in the cultivation of rice and corn, that’s when the idea of business came and I decided to invest in the business of crops, also focusing on agriculture.
