Watu wengi huamua kuanza kufanya mazoezi ya mwili pindi wanapoona wameongezeka uzito na wanakua hawapendi hali hiyo. Hata hivyo vipo vitu ambavyo hufanya washindwe kutimiza malengo yao ya kupungua uzito kwa sababu ya mambo yafuatayo

1. Kutokunywa maji ya kutosha

Suala la kunywa maji ni la muhimu sana mwilini kwani maji hayo hutumika kuvunja vunja mafuta yaliyoko ndani ya mwili, hivyo kushindwa kunywa maji ya kutosha kunaacha mafuta yaendelee kukaa bila kazi mwilini na kuongeza uzito.

2. Kuacha kula vyakula vyenye mafuta ya afya

Hii ni kama matunda aina ya parachichi ambayo huongeza mafuta mazuri mwilini na yasiyo na madhara. Utafiti unaonesha ukosekanaji wa mafuta ya afya mwilini husababisha mwili kuwa na njaa muda mwingi na kuchoka na hivyo kufanya wengi washindwe kuvumilia na kutafuta vyakula vyenye mafuta mabaya kama chipsi, yogurt na vinginevyo.

Wataalamu wameelza kuwa ni vyema mtu akianza mazoezi afahamu nia halisi ya mazoezi ili ayafanye kwa ufanisi. Mtu haitaji kujikondesha sana ili ilete maana ya yeye kuwa amepunua uzito. Ni vyema watu wafanye mazoezi kwa kuwa na afya na sio kwa maana ya kukondesha miili yao.

4. Kutopata muda binafsi wa kufikiri

Wataalamu pia wanabainisha kuwa ni vyema mtu kupata muda binafsi na kutafakari mambo mbalimbali na kuishi katika wakati huo mahususi na sio vinginevyo. Kwa kufanya hivi mtu huondoa mkazo yaani ‘stress’ na kuimarisha afya.

5. Kuendelea kula protini nyingi

Mwili unapopokea protini huitunza kama mafuta. japokuwa mwili unahitaji protini kwa ajili ya kujenga misuli inapozidi huwa na madhara katika mwili. Inashauriwa watu kula chakula tu kimoja cha aina ya protini katika kila mlo. Mfano kula kuku na mayai kwa wakati au mlo mmoja au maharage na nyama pia kwa mlo mmoja.
